Mark Elendt is a Senior Mathematician at SideFX, where he’s spent over 25 years writing code for PRISMS, Houdini and Mantra. Earlier this year, he and SideFX received an Academy Award® of Merit for the creation and development of Houdini.

Mark is a strong believer in Morihei Ueshiba’s quote that “Failure is the key to success; each mistake teaches us something”, and so will share his top-10 bug list from the past 25 years. He will share insights into how bugs and user feedback have proven critical to the development process at SideFX and how they still drive innovation.
